We ship from Ningbo, China to worldwide destinations. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10-15 business days
  • New Zealand: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories included
  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
